e-Rewards Medical is a market research panel, specialising in paid online surveys for the healthcare community. This panel is owned and operated by Dynata, a global leader in digital panel research. All our members have opted in to join this panel and take surveys to earn cash rewards.
Once you become a member of e-Rewards Medical, you will be invited to take online surveys. These surveys will be sent to you via email and will also appear on your member Dashboard. By following the survey link within the email or the “Start Survey” button on your Dashboard, you will be taken to the online survey where you can fill in your responses to a series of questions.

To ensure a swift resolution of your query, please tell us the subject of your enquiry and provide us with as much information as possible, including specific details such as survey number.
How does e-Rewards Medical make money?Market researchers are interested in your expertise. We help them by providing expert views on issues related to their clients' needs, via survey responses. We then charge researchers for collecting our members’ opinions. Our members' views, opinions and expertise are obviously very important in this process and since market researchers are willing to pay for this information, we pass a part of that payment directly on to you, in the form of cash rewards.
This panel is invitation-only. If you are a healthcare professional, you may receive an invitation to participate in our surveys via email, fax or direct mail. When you receive your invitation, simply follow the instructions within to participate in the survey. Once you have completed your session, you’ll be given the opportunity to enroll with e-Rewards Medical and take part in more surveys in the future.
Who is eligible to join?The e-Rewards Medical Program is open to any physician, nurse or other healthcare professional over the age of 18 who has a valid email address and is a legal resident of the United States.
On occasion, we also have opportunities to solicit the opinions of those currently in medical school or during their residency, though not very frequently.
If you are already a Member of the e-Rewards Opinion Panel, enrolling in the e-Rewards Medical Program will not affect your existing program membership – you are able participate in both programs.
Is there a minimum period of membership?No, you can stay a member for as long or as you like.
Why do you ask for my DEA number?In order to ensure the integrity of medical market research studies, only verified physicians can participate in the e-Rewards Medical Program. Your DEA number allows us to verify your eligibility to participate in medical market research surveys on relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical topics.
How much does it cost to participate in the e-Rewards Medical program?There's absolutely no cost to join or participate now or at any time.
I am unable to register, what I can do?Our security system may block an IP address or internet domain that is used by a lot of people. Please try joining from another PC, location and/or another email address.
Can I register more than once?No, we only allow one account per person.
How secure is my personal information?e-Rewards Medical is firmly committed to protecting your privacy. We promise that we will never willfully sell, trade, rent, disclose or make available your identity, email address, phone number, DEA number or home address to any outside third party without receiving your authorization to do so, or unless we are required to do so by a court decision or by a public authority.
All personal information you provide us will be strictly used by e-Rewards Medical for research purposes only. This information is kept completely confidential and is only shared with research clients in an anonymous, statistical format without unique personal identifiers. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details on how we process your personal information.
To view your Profile, simply click on the “Log In” button in the top right hand corner of your screen. Enter the email address and password you used to join the program and click "Log In". You'll be directed to your Member Profile where you can view all your available surveys and update your personal information.
How do I update my information?If you wish to make any changes to your Profile information, simply log in, click the “Profile” menu in the top right hand of your Dashboard, and select “My Details”. From here, you can edit and update your email address, password and more.
Please note: If you need to change the email or password associated with your My Rewards Account, you will need to visit the Reward Center . This login is different than your e-Rewards Medical Member Profile, so we suggest using the same password to make it easier to remember.
What happens if I forget my password?If you fail in your login attempt, we will provide a link for you to use to reset your password. Please click on that link and follow the simple instructions to log back in.
What happens if I retire?If you have recently retired from the medical field, please contact our Member Support Team online and we will be able to update your Profile accordingly.
How do I cancel my membership?To cancel your membership, first log in to your Member Profile and select “My Details” from the "Profile" menu at the top of the page. From here, you’ll need to select “Preferences” and complete the form. Once submitted, we will cancel your membership with e-Rewards Medical.
Why am I still receiving surveys if I cancelled my membership?If you have cancelled your membership with e-Rewards Medical, please allow up to 10 business days for your name to be removed from our subscriber list.
Why can't I log in?If you are experiencing issues logging in, please ensure you are using the correct login details and have entered them correctly. Passwords are case sensitive, so first confirm that your Caps Lock is switched off.

Where can I view e-Rewards Medical’s Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions?Our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions are available online for you to review at your leisure.
We will always email you if there is a new survey or profiling questionnaire to take. Please ensure that your email provider is not blocking emails from e-Rewards Medical. You can also see your available surveys when you log in to your Member Profile.
Your chance to be invited to a survey depends on a number of factors, such as the amount and type of surveys we are conducting at a time and the amount of profiling information we have for you. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Our email always includes "@e-Rewardsmedical.net" or "@e-Rewardsmedical.com" in the from address. If you are not sure that the email you received is from e-Rewards Medical, please contact our Member Support Team .
How long does it take to complete a survey?Each survey we send you will vary in length, but will typically take less than 20 minutes to complete. Your survey invitation will tell you how long each survey should take and how long you will have to respond.
Why do you ask me the same questions in different surveys?Personal demographic and profile data regarding our Members is only shared with our clients on a singular or aggregate basis. Our surveys describe the profile and demographics data of an e-Rewards Medical Member, or group of Members, without specifically identifying an individual Member. Therefore, when our research clients want this type of data, they must ask you to provide it to them directly. This is why you will be asked the same or similar questions in different surveys.
Can I change my response If I select the wrong answer?Unfortunately, once you submit an answer on a survey, you cannot change it. We do this to protect the integrity and accuracy of the data we collect.
How do you get in the survey once you go to the Home page?If you are unable to gain access to your survey, please try the following:
Copy and paste the link from your invitation into the browser address bar and press enter. This will take you directly to the correct page. Please ensure you copy the entire web address into the browser as sometimes the link can spread over two lines.
We recommend that you use the latest version of popular browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox to take your surveys as some older browsers may not be compatible.
Why didn't I qualify for the survey?You may not qualify for a survey for a number of different reasons, based on demographic criteria, qualifications or area of expertise. We make sure that we place questions that could disqualify our members at the very beginning of the survey, so your valuable time is not wasted.
We highly recommend that you keep your profile up to date, as this will increase your chances of getting invited to surveys that are most appropriate for you and reduce the number of survey disqualifications.
Please note: We will not pass on any of the information you have given to us in the course of uncompleted surveys to our clients.
Why is the survey now closed?The majority of surveys are open for a few days. However, some surveys are more popular than others and close quickly if the quota is reached sooner than the proposed deadline. Our system automatically closes the survey once the desired number of respondents has been reached.
We always try to limit the number of invites we send so that the members we do invite have a higher chance of completing the survey.
Why am I receiving survey invitations if I’m not a e-Rewards Medical Member?We want to know what you think! e-Rewards Medical sends market research invitations to healthcare professionals that are not currently Members of the e-Rewards Medical Program to supplement survey data from our current Members and extend an invitation to enroll into the program. Non-member survey invitations are sent via fax, direct mail, or 3rd party email.
If you do not wish to receive any further survey invitations from e-Rewards Medical, simply get in touch with our Member Support Team.
Why am I NOT receiving surveys invitations from e-Rewards Medical?e-Rewards Medical only sends email to Members with confirmed email addresses. If you recently joined e-Rewards Medical and have never received an email from us, your email address may not yet be confirmed. Check your inbox and Bulk/Spam folders for the Membership Activation email and follow the instructions provided to activate your membership and confirm your email address.
If you have confirmed your email address or have previously received email from us, it is possible that your ISP Spam filtering software is causing email from e-Rewards Medical to be mistakenly identified as spam. To ensure that email from e-Rewards Medical isn't confused with Spam, please add the following email addresses to your address book and list of Trusted Senders.
Please note: If you joined e-Rewards Medical using your work email account, you may also need to provide this list of email addresses to your company's email administrator.
Can I stop receiving survey invitations?Certainly, although unsubscribing from email invitations will also cancel your e-Rewards Medical membership.
To unsubscribe, simply follow the link found at the bottom of your latest survey invitation. Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed.
You'll earn a reward each time you qualify and complete a market research survey. The amount that can be earned for participating in a market research study will be stipulated in each survey invitation. Not only will you earn a reward each time you qualify for and complete a survey, you'll also be able to share your unique viewpoint and expertise — all while learning about new products and technological advancements in the healthcare community.
How do I choose my reward?After successfully qualifying and completing a survey, you will receive a Reward Confirmation Email containing your reward details and a unique token. Simply, log in to the Reward Center, redeem your token and choose your reward. You will be able to select either a virtual e-Rewards Medical Visa® Prepaid Card (ready for use instantly), a physical Visa Prepaid Card, check (mailed to you), or save your reward for later.
Please note: If you elect to bank your token for future redemption, you may only redeem for one check per token. If you elect to bank your token and would like to combine rewards to redeem for a larger incentive amount, you will only be able to redeem for a virtual or physical Visa Prepaid Card.
When will my reward be available for use?Your reward will be available for use immediately after the successful qualification and completion of a survey. Log in to the Reward Center and enter the token from your Reward Confirmation Email and your reward amount will be instantly credited into your account.
If you choose to redeem for a virtual Visa® Prepaid Card, your credit will be available to use instantly. Simply record the token number and follow the instructions for use. If you choose to redeem for a physical Visa Prepaid Card, it will be processed and mailed to you within 5-7 business days. If you redeem for a check, you can expect to receive your reward within 7-10 business days.
If you have any issues upon activation of your token or Visa Prepaid Card, please get in touch with our Member Support Team and request that we confirm the status of your reward. To help us solve your issue as quickly as possible, please provide the description of the study, the PIN or invite code and the date you responded to the survey.
How do I view my available rewards?By visiting the Reward Center . You'll be able to see all the rewards you've earned and banked from your completed surveys, as well as the rewards you have already redeemed. To see the tokens you have banked, simply login to the Reward Center, and click on "Redeem" at the top of the page. To see the tokens you have redeemed, click on "My History" at the top of the page.
Please note: All survey attempts for which you do not receive a reward will not be tracked in the Reward Center.
What's the difference between my Member Profile & the Rewards Center?Your Member Profile is found here, on the e-Rewards Medical website. This is where you will update your contact and occupational information, find our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions information and view your available surveys.
The Reward Center is where you can track your completed surveys and redeem your earned rewards. If you need to change or update your contact information in regards where your rewards are sent, please do so in the "My Profile" tab in the Reward Center.
Please note: The e-Rewards Medical Program and Reward Center operate as two separate websites. You will log-in to each website with the email address and password of your choice. We recommend using the same email/password combination for both websites in the event that you forget your login credentials.
Can my reward check be payable to a person other than myself?No. All issued checks are only payable to you.
Will my earnings through E-Rewards Medical be taxed?Earnings from E-Rewards Medical are subject to income tax in the United States. If your accumulated earnings in a calendar year exceed $599, we are required to provide Form 1099-MISC to you and the Internal Revenue Service with your total earnings for the year. Additionally, you will be required to complete Form W-9. You will be automatically presented with the Form W-9 upon logging into e-rewardsmedicalrewards.com.
if you have met or exceeded the annual threshold. Please note that taxable earnings include all earnings that have been awarded to you, even if you have not yet spent them or converted your tokens into a prepaid Visa card/code. See our Terms & Conditions for detailed information.
Will I always be rewarded for taking part in research?Yes. If you qualify for and complete a survey, you will be rewarded.
However, if we identify that a respondent is not honest in his/her approach to research, for example by providing meaningless answers or trying to do multiple completions of the same survey, we cannot reward them. This occurs very rarely and is only used as a means to stop the few dishonest people from spoiling the opportunity for everyone else.
